We make our hazelnut dukkah from the hazelnuts harvested in our truffière (our truffle grows on the roots of hazel and oak trees). A middle eastern inspired spice mix, it does not contain truffle but it pairs extremely well with our natural truffle oil (serve the two together as a dip on cheese boards)! Also great as a seasoning or rub on meats or fish or sprinkled over smashed avocado!

Freeze-drying is the best way to make our truffle keep longer. The freeze-drying process draws all the moisture out of our freshly harvested truffle which gives it a shelf life of two years and locks the aroma in well! We recommend trying our freeze-dried truffle crumb on soups, with eggs, in mashed potato, or even sweet desserts!
