Truffle Hunt and Harvest Lunch

Grab your baskets and join us for a forage around our veggie garden and orchard. We talk about our sustainable farm methods and how we’ve set up our kitchen garden. Using our own and locally sourced produce we then work together to create a 3-course feast! Of course we’ll get to enjoy the spoils of our labour with a long table lunch and a glass of Tasmanian wine! THIS IS A NEW EXPERIENCE, DATES WILL BE RELEASED VERY SOON!

This is the ultimate truffle getaway for two! A full package that includes two nights (Friday to Sunday) of accommodation in one of our B&B cottages, cooked breakfast (truffle omelette sound good?) and our Truffle Hunt & Harvest experience for 2 people on the Saturday! On this small group experience you will join our truffle harvester and dog in our truffière for a real-life truffle hunt. See firsthand how we find and unearth truffle – you may even get a chance to get your hands dirty and dig one up yourself! The scent of a fresh truffle, straight from the soil is something you’re guaranteed to remember for a long time! Afterwards you will warm up by the roaring wood fire as you sit down in our farmhouse restaurant for your 4-course truffle lunch! ..... Hurry, only available during the winter months (June - August) as part of the OFF Season and only 2 packages available per weekend! ..... All inclusive package includes: 1) Two nights accommodation 2) Breakfast both mornings 3) Truffle Hunt & Harvest Lunch experience for 2 people ..... Total cost $975 in our Hollyoak Cottage or $990 in the larger Oakwood Cottage.

Join us for a 45 minute walk around our farm, meet and feed the animals and see where we grow our black winter truffles. Available Fridays to Mondays at 9am.

In this 45 minute experience you’ll meet some of our beautiful truffle dogs and learn about how we train and work with them. Available Fridays to Mondays at 10am.

A deluxe version of our regular tasting, available at set times by prior booking! During this 1-hour experience you will learn all about what truffle is, how we grow and harvest it and how to cook with it, while tasting our truffle products in three small dishes!

Our 2023 End of Season Feast is now SOLD OUT! Look out for 2024! We celebrate the end of winter and another successful truffle season with a magical long table feast under the oak trees, fairy lights and stars (weather permitting)! Showcasing the last of our black winter truffles, we invite special guest chefs to create a degustation banquet served with matching wines.
