Preserving, as the word suggests, is all about capturing a seasonal moment in time.  It is about saving our sun-kissed summer fruits & veg, the abundance of autumn and holding on to our fragrant foraged fare. It adds another dimension to our philosophy of sustainability through bottling glorious gluts so nothing we grow or buy goes to waste.

Our seasonal series of preserve courses will equip you with all the techniques and tips you need.  You will feel confident turning your precious produce into cordials, jams, chutneys, pickles, relishes, liqueurs, home-grown herbal teas, gut-friendly ferments and more.

At the end of the day you will celebrate the fruits of your labour with your foodie friends over a glass of Cradle Country bubbles.
