Featuring simple, step by step baking techniques and a range of classic dessert recipes, our hands-on Perfect Pastries and Cradle Country Cakes course is the perfect introduction to the world of pâtisserie. The course includes a range of lessons, for example: basic cake batter, sweet pastry, crème pâtissière and tarts.
At the end of the day you will celebrate your pâtisserie prowess with your fellow foodies over a glass of Cradle Country bubbles.
